The steps to create a bleach stencil shirt are super easy, and it’s a project that you can get done in a relatively short amount of time. To create a tie-dyed look, gather, fold, and tie the fabric where you would like the pattern to be. To reverse tie-dye, mix a solution of 10 parts water and one part chlorine bleach. Submerge the gathered and tied fabric and allow it to soak until the background fabric is the desired color.
